How We Work

From Start To Finish

When you first make contact with Norfolk Car Charging either via our website or by telephone, we will request some specific information from you in order to provide you with your quotation. 

We will require photographs of your fuse board, meter and where you would like your EV charger to be positioned so that we can determine the approximate distance. Once we have this information, you will receive your quotation.

If you choose to go ahead with using Norfolk Car Charging for the installation of your car charger, we will take your deposit and arrange a date to attend site and carry out the work.

Most installations take place within two weeks, but if you require your car charger sooner than this, please discuss this with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Service Plans

Upon completion of the installation work, you will be given the opportunity to take out one of our service plans for complete piece of mind.

If you opt for our 1-year service plan, we will return on site one year after installation to test your charger to check that it is still functioning at full capacity.

This will enable any problems to be picked up early and rectified, hopefully whilst your charger is still under manufacturer warranty.

If you would like more than one annual check, then our 3-year plan is for you.
