OLEV approved chargers are simply a series of EV chargers that meet the eligibility criteria to enable the consumer to apply for an OLEV grant.

To qualify for an OLEV grant, you must meet the following criteria:

You have off-street parking.
You are the registered keeper or primary user of an electric vehicle purchased after 01 October 2016.
The date of installation should not be more than four months prior to the date of delivery of the electric vehicle or the date you become the registered driver of the vehicle.
Your chosen charger is one of the OLEV approved chargers.
You will use an OLEV-approved installer such as Norfolk Car Charging.
